Equipment working principles and working procedures

When the shot blasting machine begins to work, the dust removing system,   separator, elevator, and roller system will run according to the correct sequence, then starts the blasting wheel, and the whole machine are ready to work. Load the workpieces on the charging conveyor outside blasting chamber, the workpiece will go ahead along with the conveyor, and then arrives at the blasting chamber, There is photoelectricity test device before entrance of shot blasting chamber. It will test when the head of workpiece pass the photoelectricity test device. Then supplying shot gate will open automatically, it will begin blasting workpieces. When the workpieces enter into discharging roller, it will be completely cleaning. It will offload the workpieces on the discharging roller after it completely leaves shot blasting chamber. It will repeat the work until the work is finished.
