1. Place the steel plate on the roller conveyor and feed it into the shot blasting machine through the roller conveyor system.

2. The steel plate is shot blasted in the shot blasting machine at a speed of 1-20 meters per minute, which can be adjusted according to user requirements.

3. After cleaning, the steel plate reaches a rust removal level of SA2.5 and is transported to the discharge port through a roller conveyor.

4. The cleaned steel plate enters the sandblasting room for painting treatment through the roller conveyor system.

5. The painted steel plate enters the drying chamber.

6. After being processed in the drying room, the steel plate is sent out to the discharge port through the plate chain system.

7. Complete the steel plate pretreatment work.
