Process flow of shell sandblasting machine for shells:
1.The robot takes the cylinder from the feeder.
2.Puts it in the position of a multi-position or turret table.
3.In the chamber, an internal injector/turbine feeds the shot into the cylinder:
(3.1)othe torch is directed along the axis;
(3.2)othe nozzle/spray head rotates or moves forward.
4.The cylinder can rotate around its axis for uniform cleaning.
5.Upon completion, the turret feeds the finished part into the robot zone.
6.The robot removes the cylinder and places it on the output conveyor/rack.
